Admission Process

Admission to Jr.  Kg. (Formerly Nursery) and Sr. Kg. (Formerly Jr. Kg.) for the academic year 2026-2027:

Eligibility:
For Jr. Kg. (Formerly Nursery): Child born between 01-Jun-2022 to 31-May-2023

For Sr. Kg. (Formerly Jr. Kg.): Child born between 01-Jun-2021 to 31-May-2022

School Timings:
Jr. Kg (Formerly Nursery): 8:30 am. to 11:30 am.
Sr. Kg (Formerly Jr. Kg): 8:30 am. to 11:30 am.

Admission Procedure:

  1. Online applications will be accepted from 01-Nov-2025 (Saturday) to 15-Nov-2025 (Saturday)
  2. Application form fees of Rs. 1,000.00 are to be paid online at the time of filling the form.

Once the Admission Application process is over:

  1. Parents will receive message for an Interactive Session on their registered mobile number along with date and time.
  2. Parents have to bring the following documents at the time of Interactive Session:
    • Admission Application form duly signed by parents.
    • Application form fee receipt
    • Original & photocopy of child’s birth certificate.
    • Original & photocopy of child’s Aadhar card.
    • Original & photocopy of Caste Certificate (If applicable)

Once the Interactive Session is over:

  1. Parents of short listed students only will receive a message on  their registered mobile number for paying the fees.

Admission to Standard 1:

All the students of Balvatika class of A. E. S. – A. G. Preprimary School (Formerly known as K H Modi Kindergarten) are given admission in our school.

Admission to Standard 2 to 8:

Admission to above classes are solely based on the number of vacant seats and merit.

Handwritten applications for admission should be handed over to the front desk.

The school management reserves the right to grant admission.

Kindly report to management if anyone is giving assurance or commitment to give admission.
