Admission to Jr. Kg. (Formerly Nursery) and Sr. Kg. (Formerly Jr. Kg.) for the academic year 2025-2026:
Eligibility:
For Jr. Kg. (Formerly Nursery): Child born between 01-Jun-2021 to 31-May-2022
For Sr. Kg. (Formerly Jr. Kg.): Child born between 01-Jun-2020 to 31-May-2021
School Timings:
Jr. Kg (Formerly Nursery): 8:30 am. to 11:30 am.
Sr. Kg (Formerly Jr. Kg): 8:30 am. to 11:30 am.
Admission Procedure:
- Online applications will be accepted from Wednesday, 13-Nov-2024 to Saturday, 30-Nov-2024
- Application form fees of Rs. 1,000.00 are to be paid online at the time of filling the form.
Once the Admission Application process is over:
- Parents will receive the date and time of Interactive Session on your registered mobile number.
- Parents have to bring the following documents at the time of Interactive Session:
- Admission Application form duly signed by parents.
- Application form fee receipt
- Original & photocopy of child’s birth certificate.
- Original & photocopy of child’s Aadhar card.
- Original & photocopy of Caste Certificate (If applicable)
Once the Interactive Session is over:
- Parents of selected students only will receive a message on their registered mobile number for paying the fees.

Filling admission form does not guarantee admission to the school.

- Fees are subject to change as per FRC final order.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded in any circumstances.
- Fees are to be paid online only.
- Fees to be paid by using application ‘AES-AG Schools’ for android phone and ‘Vidyalaya’ for IOS.
- Registration Number for this application is 1318 and user name and password will be sent to you after confirmation of your admission on your registered mobile number.
- Online Fee Pay through any of below mentioned mode of payment: Debit/ ATM Card, Credit Card (Charges Apply), Net Banking, UPI, QR Code
Please do not make online payment more than once.
- In case after payment your receipt is not generated and the amount has been debited from your bank account, or it shows that you have not yet made payment, this may be due to technical error. In such a case do not panic.
- You are requested to wait for 12 hours for the problem to get resolved by the bank or in case of any query regarding fees payment you can contact school number 079-26467844 (10.00 am to 2.00 pm).
