To ensure a smooth withdrawal process, please carefully review the following guidelines:
- Clearance of Outstanding Dues: All outstanding school fees must be settled before the withdrawal process can be finalized.
- Return of School Materials: Please return all borrowed schoolbooks and library materials to the designated personnel before your last day of attendance.
School Leaving Certificate (SLC):
- Issuance: A School Leaving Certificate (SLC) will be issued upon successful completion of the withdrawal process.
- Collection:
- Authorized Representatives: SLCs can only be issued to the following individuals:
- Minor Students: The parent or legal guardian of a minor student must be present in person to collect the withdrawal form.
- Adult Students (18+): The student themself can collect the withdrawal form and SLC.
Duplicate Leaving Certificates:
- In the event you require a duplicate SLC due to losing the original, you will be required to submit a notarized affidavit stating the reason of the loss. If the original SLC is found after receiving a duplicate, please return the original to the school immediately.
